Really good staff and serene location near willow trees

The Burr Ridge Marriott exceeded my expectations! Their dedicated staff, especially Ella, made our event go seamlessly, taking care of every little detail with warmth. The picturesque outdoor setting by the willow trees was a magical backdrop for our wedding. I greatly appreciated the beautiful location and how it brought everything together. The food was fantastic, always served hot and delicious. Everything about our stay was beyond wonderful!

I was hoping for a relaxing stay, but the noise from the restaurant on Friday night was just so overwhelming, unacceptable. The bathroom in my suite was disappointingly cramped, i mean, what is this? And after such inconvenience, i would have expected a complimentary upgrade or at least a welcome gift, no luck! Just couldn't recommend it.

The outdoor areas could use more seating options !!! A bit more attention to the gym equipment maintenance would be appreciated!!! The room decor felt slightly outdated, could use a fresh touch!!!

The hotel is enchanting and clean, has particularly good views of the lake. The room is spotless and modern with great decor. The location is marvellous and pleasant, the check in is efficient. The property is in a peaceful area. The downstairs bar is excellent, liked this place.

Group suitable for relaxation

The staff were VERY friendly! They were pretty good too provide assistance, especially during the check-in process when I had questions about getting around.

Wasn't exactly cheap but it was tolerable.

Had a wonderful time enjoying the pool and hot tub! The place also feltnice and neat. Just a heads up, it got a bit noisy from the restaurant on Friday night, but overall, it was a fantastic experience 😊
